I'm on the i-crafter blog today with another mailbox project. (Affiliate links used throughout; thank you for your support!) This time I made a birthday mailbox! (If you missed my previous mailbox project, you can find it here: Easter Bunny Mail.)

Impossible Box Base (222226)
Gift Card Box (221003)
To create a mailbox post, I mounted the mailbox atop the Impossible Box, turning it upside down. I then embellished the box and post with birthday elements from Gift Card Box, coloring the cake with markers and inking the balloon.
Now there is plenty of space for goodies--within the mailbox and in the post too! (As a note, it may be wise to only add lighter goodies to the Impossible Box like cash which wouldn't stress the fact that the opening mechanism is at the bottom.)
