If you haven't seen any of the City Girl images from Deep Red Stamps, you are really missing out. I decided to stamp all of the girls from the Deep Red Stamps City Girls Street Chic set. These images have incredible detail and are a lot of fun to color. I selected one of the girls for this clean and simple birthday card. I lightly inked a sunny background using Mustard Seed Distress Ink and added a large soft green balloon in the background using Catherine Pooler ink and Delicata gold ink for the fun confetti like detail. The "ground" was created using different Mama Elephant sentiments, leaving the "Happy Birthday" sentiment at the top. After fussy cutting out this cool chic, I mounted her on the card front using foam adhesive, slightly overlapping the sentiment ground.
I kept the colors summer cool and thought this was a fun, clean card.
