Welcome to day 1 of sneak peeks for the Jaded Blossom October Release! This month we are celebrating fall. Today we are sharing projects with the gorgeous new Fancy Leaves Dies. They have solid and open cut layers and the detail is so beautiful!
Using Barn Door, Rustic Wilderness, Vintage Photo, and Mustard Seed Distress Oxide inks, I inked a piece of copy paper then die cut the solid oak leaves. I used printer paper since it mimicked crunchy autumn leaves better (in my opinion). I embossed the sentiment with gold and added gold mirror cardstock as my mat layer atop the octagon box. A tangle of thread added a bit more interest behind the die cut sentiment.
