Welcome to the October release with Kindred Stamps! Today, we are kicking off the sneak peaks with two very fun new sets - Get Inked and Tattoo Alpha. I love how both sets can be used together. I've created a trio of projects -- a mini pocket album, tag, and card. I used various stencils on all three projects and had fun.
I colored all images with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers and used Distress Oxide inks for all inkblending.
A simple tag, above, and fun card below. I love layering stencils and thought the play of roses and splinters (or thorns) was very symbolic.
My final project is a mini pocket album, intended for use in recording someone's ink journey -- design inspiration, photos of before/during/after, and personal notes on the process. I love it! Bright colors, fun patterns, super awesome (and available for sale.. wink wink LOL).
