As soon as I received Little Acres Creations's stamp sets Coffee House Mouse and Cafe Dreamers, I had to play! The characters are all so very precious, but I was drawn to the snuggly little mouse from Coffee House Mouse. I just want to give him a wee hug, all cozy in his knit scarf! I stamped him with VersaFine Onyx Black ink and embossed with clear embossing powder. Then I watercolored him with my Distress Markers and a water brush.
I selected the sentiment from the latest release, Cafe Dreamers for the card front, separating the two elements for interest. I embossed a piece of gray paper with this awesome cafe drinks embossing folder and layered several papers, staying in the cool grey/blue tones, with a pop of pink to play off of the mouse's pinky features.
